Using next-generation Large Language Model (LLM) models, Copilot for Microsoft 365 provides intelligent, real-time assistance to users as they complete tasks across Microsoft 365 applications – Teams, Outlook, Loop, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. The result is simpler, faster workloads and an upskilling process for employees parallel to the use of these applications, generating a significant increase in productivity.
As an example, Copilot for Microsoft 365 allows, in a fully integrated and automated way, the transformation of a text worked in Word into a PPT presentation, ready for use in meetings. Saving time, in this case, objectively results in increased productivity, because resources will be applied to other tasks in the same period.
Other applications of Copilot for Microsoft 365 include analysing trends in Excel, summarising the content of long emails in Outlook, automatically drafting responses in Outlook or summarising content shared in Teams, among many other possibilities, which adapt to challenges of any organisation.
