Challenges we solve
Connecting your corporate network to cloud platforms should be fast, secure and simple. For many organisations, it is anything but.
Inconsistent cloud performance
Routing traffic to cloud providers over the public internet introduces latency, jitter and unpredictable performance that impacts your applications and users.
Complex multi-cloud connectivity
Connecting to multiple cloud providers across multiple regions typically means managing dedicated circuits, separate ports and different configurations for each.
Unpredictable data transfer costs
Internet-based cloud connectivity often comes with variable bandwidth charges that make it difficult to forecast monthly costs with confidence.
Security concerns over public internet
Sending sensitive business data across the public internet to reach cloud workloads raises security and compliance concerns that private connectivity eliminates.
What is Cloud Connect X?
Cloud Connect X provides a private data connection between your Claranet MPLS network and your cloud service provider. The service bypasses the public internet entirely, delivering consistent performance and dedicated bandwidth between the cloud platform and every site on your MPLS network.
There is no need to install dedicated circuits or acquire ports into multiple regions. Cloud Connect X is delivered to the MPLS core, so all sites within your network can access cloud services without traffic having to traverse any other site. The service supports Microsoft Azure ExpressRoute and AWS Direct Connect, with connections served from London and Amsterdam interconnects.
Bandwidth options range from 50Mbps to 5Gbps, and can be upgraded as your requirements grow. A fixed monthly price with no additional bandwidth charges across the Claranet network makes costs predictable and easy to manage.
