Challenges we solve
Remote locations without connectivity
Your business operates from sites where traditional fixed-line broadband simply cannot reach, leaving you with no viable internet connection for critical operations.
Unreliable cellular coverage
4G and 5G networks are patchy or non-existent at your locations, making mobile data an unreliable fallback for business-critical communications.
Slow deployment timescales
Traditional connectivity solutions take weeks or months to install. You need internet access quickly for temporary sites, pop-up operations, or rapid expansions.
No managed support for satellite services
You want the reliability of satellite broadband but lack the in-house expertise to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot the hardware and service configuration.
What is Low-Earth Orbit Satellite Broadband?
Claranet's Low-Earth Orbit Satellite Broadband service brings high-speed internet connectivity to any location with a clear view of the sky. Powered by a constellation of low-Earth orbit satellites, it delivers download speeds of up to 220 Mbps and latency as low as 25 ms — dramatically outperforming traditional satellite services.
Claranet provides this as a fully managed service — handling hardware selection, optional professional installation, priority data plans, and ongoing support. Whether you need connectivity for a remote construction site, a rural office, or a maritime vessel, we make it simple to get connected and stay connected.

Why Claranet?
Hardware options
Mini
Compact unit for small projects with limited power supply, fewer users, and lower bandwidth requirements.
Standard
Ideal for small business solutions with built-in router, providing reliable connectivity for everyday operations.
Enterprise
Business-focused solution delivering high-capacity internet connectivity for larger organisations and demanding workloads.
Performance Gen2
Wider field of view for connecting to more satellites, typically used for in-motion services on vehicles and vessels.
Technical capabilities
LEO satellite constellation
SpaceX's network of low-Earth orbit satellites provides global coverage with significantly lower latency than traditional geostationary satellite services, enabling real-time business applications.
Priority data plans
Choose from 22 priority data tiers ranging from 50 GB to 15 TB per month. Priority data receives network precedence over standard traffic, ensuring faster and more consistent speeds during peak usage.
Flexible data top-ups
Additional priority data can be purchased in 50 GB increments at £40 per increment. Once priority data is exhausted, speeds throttle to 1 Mbps down / 0.5 Mbps up until the next billing cycle.
Managed installation
Optional professional installation by Claranet field engineering partners, including a 2-hour site survey and 2-hour equipment install. Available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with customisable scheduling.
Hardware replacement
Five working day hardware replacement service included as standard within 24 months from original purchase date. Faulty equipment is swapped through the Return Merchandise Authorisation process.
Self-install option
Each Kit includes dish, power supply, cable, AC power cable, Ethernet cable, and mounting hardware. Mini and Standard units include a built-in router; Enterprise and Performance Gen2 require a separate router.
