With the Microsoft Power Platform, processes, forms and workflows can be efficiently digitised and automated – integrated into the existing Microsoft 365 environment and based on existing licences.

As part of our one-day assessment, we work with your business and IT managers to analyse:

Our services

In a workshop, we will first examine your current situation with regard to Microsoft 365 and assess the processes you have selected in advance, along with their components, in terms of their feasibility within the Microsoft Cloud.

  • Analysis of your current Microsoft 365 environment
    Joint review of the current situation regarding Microsoft 365, as well as the selected processes and their components.
  • Process analysis
    Review of selected business processes together with the process owners.
  • System and tool analysis
    Mapping of currently deployed solutions (on-premises, cloud and third-party providers) and identification of redundancies and shadow IT.
  • Microsoft 365 Tenant Analysis
    Analysis of the licensing model (e.g. Business, E3, E5), the number of users and their roles, the Microsoft products currently in active use, and existing Power Platform usage (if applicable).

  • The assessment is aimed at organisations that use Microsoft 365 and wish to make their business processes more efficient – for example, IT and business managers who want to identify opportunities for automation and reduce manual processes.

  • You should be using Microsoft 365 and, ideally, have already gained some initial experience with the platform. Prior technical knowledge is not essential, as we will guide you through the process together during the workshop.

  • Together, we will analyse your current Microsoft 365 environment and selected business processes. We will then identify opportunities for automation and provide you with clear recommendations for implementation.

  • Of course. Following the assessment, we offer further services such as development, integration and training, if required, to ensure the successful implementation of your process automation.
