Claranet expands its position and now also occupies the top position in Managed Container Services at European level according to ISG study

ISG recognises Claranet as a "Rising Star" in the Managed Container Services segment in Europe in the "ISG Provider Lens™ - Container Services & Solutions 2021" study

The managed service provider Claranet was classified as a "Rising Star" among providers of managed container services on the European market in the latest benchmark study by the market research and consulting company Information Services Group (ISG) "ISG Provider Lens™ - Container Services & Solutions 2021".

The award is presented by ISG to companies that have shown outstanding development over the past twelve months and have high future potential.

With its strong open source credentials, flexible pricing and a wide range of service models, Claranet is a rising star in the managed container sector in Europe.

According to the ISG analysts

In ISG's opinion, Claranet's major strength is its expertise in the creation of containers combined with expertise in the ongoing operation of Kubernetes ("Day 2 Operations") to help customers manage the complexity of Kubernetes.

Claranet also impressed with the great flexibility of its offerings: The managed service provider offers a wide range of container services, from fully managed service models tied to service level agreements (SLAs) to shared responsibility models and purely self-managed approaches where Claranet only provides the platform.

As a pioneer in the Kubernetes sector in Europe, Claranet is also strongly committed to the open source community and has contributed to numerous open source projects such as Kubernetes, Kubespray, Rancher, Prometheus, Terraform and Ansible.

ISG already positioned Claranet in Germany as a 'Leader Germany' in the 'Managed Container as a Service' segment in 2019.
