WEBCAST

From chat to agents:
The next evolutionary stage of Microsoft Copilot

12. June 2026 | 2 pm - 3 pm | Online

What is currently changing fundamentally at Copilot - and how companies are preparing for the move to agent-based working in a controlled manner.

Copilot has arrived in many companies - but the expected added value often fails to materialise.

Many teams already use Copilot to summarise emails, generate texts or get quick answers in chat. But this is precisely where disillusionment often arises: the actual benefits fall short of expectations.

Why? Because Copilot is still mostly perceived as a pure chat tool - and not as what it is increasingly becoming: an AI-supported co-worker that is integrated into work processes, data and decisions. Copilot no longer just waits for your impulse, but takes on complex tasks independently.

What you can expect in the webcast

Microsoft is currently driving the development of Copilot decisively forward - away from individual answers and towards real support in everyday working life. It's about a fundamental change: Copilot is evolving from a tool to a digital co-worker.

In our webcast, we show how companies are shaping this change and successfully implementing the step from "using Copilot" to "operating Copilot". We shed light on key issues relating to the governance, management and operation of Copilot and agents and show specific quick wins from practice.
