mbuf Jahreskongress 2026

The annual conference of the Microsoft Business User Forum (mbuf for short) is a cross-sector community event focused on networking, learning, sharing experiences and fostering collaboration within the IT sectors of German SMEs and with Microsoft Germany.

CIOs and IT managers from small and medium-sized enterprises where Microsoft solutions play a key role have been meeting there for years in a relaxed atmosphere to discuss their strategies and projects, as well as the relevance of new products and IT trends.

Come and visit us at the event – at our stand, in the workshop and at our two specialist presentations on customer projects.

These are the specific themes we’ll be bringing to the stage:

29 September at 11.40 am

"From Zero-Touch to App Control"

How do you implement endpoint management with Intune within an extremely tight timeframe – whilst also complying with ISO 27001? Marc Zalaman (Agena), Uwe Grohne & Aron Rath (Claranet) show the way: from the initial concept through RBAC to the genuine lessons learnt from real-world experience.

29 September at 2.45 pm

"From uncontrolled growth to a foundation for the future"

Azure resources that have simply… grown over time? We’ve all been there. Dean Ramić (Claranet) uses a customer case study to show how an Azure Landing Zone creates real structure and becomes the foundation for scalable, future-proof IT.

Workshop on 30 September

How self-sufficient are we when it comes to Microsoft?

Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams – indispensable. But just how dependent are we really? In this workshop, we’ll share our views, gather specific requirements from the community and bring these into the dialogue with Microsoft. Your perspective matters!
