Our Marketing department will provide you with access to our marketing material and content with email campaigns. These will be white labelled so that you can easily brand them with your company logo.

All Channel Partners will be provided with a dedicated number and email address for support thereby ensuring a faster response time to any service issues.
This number will provide our Channel Partners with instant access to the Partner sales team.
Channel Partners can benefit from a discount on our services which you can in turn pass onto your customers.
You can request the support of our sales team at exhibitions.
All Claranet staff benefit from regular training by our Pre-sales team and product managers, which we can provide to all our Channel Partners. This can cover specific services or the Claranet portfolio.
Claranet will offer you support identifying services, messaging and call to actions when sending out Marketing campaigns. We will also provide you with data from external sources that we use.
All Channel Partners will be recognised on one of the 3 tiers and you will be provided with a certificate identifying you as a Partner, Enhanced or Elite Claranet Partner.

With the Claranet Business online portal our Channel Partners can directly link into the Claranet database allowing you to place orders, review existing orders, and raise and monitor support queries.

Through quarterly webinars, hosted on the Claranet website, you can discuss our services, support and industry news, and also discuss areas of interest with senior members of staff. The webinars will also be used to test new services that we are offering.
Claranet regularly sends out campaigns which we will make available to our Channel Partners and they can in turn use to target their customers and / or prospects.

Your Account Manager will be onsite, in your offices, once a month, so that you can discuss your services and any new plans that you may have. (Only for those allocated an Account Manager).
As a Channel Partner you will have access to our senior management team in a regular briefing (online, face to face or via the telephone) providing you with information on the company strategy and product roadmap. At these briefings you can discuss how Claranet can enhance your business and fulfil your requirements.
A dedicated service manager will be allocated to you who will be your champion internally. They will regularly update you on your service through regular reports and updates.
You will be able to access discounts in addition to the standard partner discount. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
Claranet staff will attend meetings with you and your client, assisting you in the sales process and providing support for more complex deals.
All Claranet collateral, images and content will be made available to our Channel Partners via the online portal. This can be re-branded and sent to your customers.
