Competition Rules

1. Only digital images will be accepted. Email your digital photo along with your contact details to mkt@uk.clara.net and entries must be received by midnight on Sunday 31st August 2008.

2. Copyright remains with the entrants.

3. Winning photos will only be published in the autumn 2008 edition of the Livewire magazine. After publication of the autumn 2008 edition of the Livewire magazine all photographs submitted to the contest will be deleted.

4. All published photographs will be credited to the photographer.

5. The judges for this competition are Maggie Bridgeman, Marketing Communications Executive and Clare Abbam, Website Manager. Their decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Before submitting any photograph with images of recognisable people, you must obtain written permission from each recognisable person in the photograph agreeing to use of their image in the Clara.net Community Competition. This agreement is called a model release form and a sample is shown below for you to use.

Entrants submitting potential winning entries that may be published in the Livewire magazine will be contacted during judging and asked to submit a model release for each recognisable person in the photograph, failing which the image will be removed from the contest.

7. Clara.net reserve the right to remove any images it deems inappropriate for publication.
